Harmony Homes has been involved in custom design and building in Southern British Columbia since 1975. During this time we have received over 40 housing awards. Our projects have included custom single family homes, multi-family (including duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes), town homes, condominiums, commercial buildings, and project/land developments. Our flexibility and our four building programs definitely set us apart.
Gary Carpendale, is now in his 27th year with the Harmony team, and is presently “Manager of Special Projects”. He has worked on many of our more challenging projects including many custom single family homes as well as multifamily and project/land development. Continuing his education of evolving building codes, industry trends, new products and building processes, including radon gas mitigation, energy efficiency and building green are but a few of the reasons Gary can make the following statement with confidence, “When you choose Harmony and me to work on your project I believe we will deliver a quality home and building experience that exceeds your expectations. This can only be achieved by understanding your needs/desires and knowing your building site.”
Jamela Van Steinburg grew up in the Okanagan Valley and she believes that she is lucky enough to have raised her family here. “I have been investing and selling new construction homes in Kelowna for 6 years. I love building new friendships with the families I work with; this happens by learning about what is important to them in where they live, and the dreams and ideas they have for their new beautifully built home. Building a home for your family, I feel, is still one of life’s big goals and dreams. It is a substantial investment and there is a level of trust that has to be in place to make sure you are confident and secure with your decision. Sometimes knowing where to start is the first challenge. I assist you with shopping for land, directing you to financing information, or getting creative to keep within the budget.”
Michelle Henry has been obsessed with the world of design and architecture for over 20 years. “Tirelessly examining the latest fads, timeless classics, new technology and modern home building. An artist by nature, I fully invest myself in all my clients projects. No matter the aesthetic, my underlying goal is to create spaces that change lives, invite harmony, and inspire. Most importantly, I believe in creating lasting relationships. You, as my client, are involved in the process as much or little as you like. And together with my company’s 40+ years of experience we create an environment you’ll love to work, play, and come home to.”
Kirk Fassbender has vast experience with working alongside numerous professionals involved in residential housing – ranging from developers and realtors to investors and lawyers. He has over 10 years experience in the housing business, including mortgages and financing. Having grown up in Kelowna and working throughout the Okanangan for over 25 years, Kirk has developed the gift of truly understanding the needs and wants of his clients; keeping their new home investment options his first priority. He is dedicated to staying abreast of the latest building trends and technology, offering his clients the sound advice they seek and deserve when planning their new dream home. “Exceeding customer expectations is our mantra and we do this by listening carefully, being creative not only in designing your home, but also when constructing your new home, making sure you’re getting best value for your money and the results you deserve.”
Roland Blaise has worked in the housing industry for over 21 years, 20 of them with Harmony Homes. “I would be happy to assist you with designing a new home to suit your individual tastes and lifestyle, your overall budget, and your building site. I am involved all the way; from the initial design stage to final completion. The level of customer satisfaction expressed by my clients is a testimony to my commitment on every new home project.”
